01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on behestofnature.com (operated by Behest Of Nature Foods, Mumbai, India), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable harvest notices posted on our platform.

If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

02. Authentic Food & Natural Variations

Behest Of Nature brings you carefully sourced Indian agricultural and botanical food products, including GI-tagged Ratnagiri & Devgad Alphonso Mango Pulp (Hapus), Lakadong Turmeric (high curcumin), Wild Forest Honey, and regional harvest crops.

03. Orders & Pre-booking Policy

• Order Placement: An order is confirmed once payment has been processed and a unique order number (e.g. #100001) is generated.
• Seasonal Harvest Limits: Because our food is harvest-dependent, batch quantities are finite. In the unlikely event of harvest damage or shortfall, we will notify you immediately and issue a prompt 100% refund.
• Pre-booking Orders: Orders containing seasonal pre-booking items are marked with status “Pre-order” and held until the harvest readiness window. Dispatch begins strictly according to seasonal orchard yields.

04. Pricing, GST & Payment

All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless indicated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, supporting UPI, Net Banking, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.
• Behest Of Nature never stores, views, or holds your CVV, PIN, or banking passwords.
• Every successful order receives a GST-compliant tax invoice accessible in the customer portal and via order confirmation.

05. Packaging & Delivery

We partner with leading logistics networks (via Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery, etc.) to ensure reliable delivery across serviceable pin codes in India:

• Standard Transit: Typically 3–5 business days depending on city and state tier.
• Tracking: Real-time shipment tracking details (AWB number and tracking link) are automatically provided via SMS, WhatsApp, and email upon dispatch.
• Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate delivery addresses with valid 6-digit PIN codes and 10-digit contact numbers.

06. Returns & 100% Freshness Guarantee

As an authentic botanical food brand, food safety and hygienic integrity are paramount:

If your package arrives physically damaged in transit or compromised, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box and items via WhatsApp at +91 91373 72330 or email response@behestofnature.com. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

07. Food Safety & Know Your Produce (KYP)

All our products adhere to the regulations established by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Through our Know Your Produce (KYP) transparency initiative, customers can inspect harvest regions, lab testing parameters, and lot details directly on our platform.

08. Intellectual Property

The brand names “Behest Of Nature”, “Nature Intended Good Food”, logos, orchard photography, product text, design layouts, and KYP documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Behest Of Nature Foods. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial reproduction is prohibited.

09. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Behest Of Nature's total liability arising out of or related to any order shall not exceed the invoice price paid for that specific order. We are not liable for transit delays caused by force majeure events, severe weather, regional logistics strikes, or incorrect address entries.
